This is an exciting opportunity to join AUT Millennium’s state-of-the-art Health & Fitness Gym Team – we are looking for a friendly, dynamic and results-orientated individual who has positive energy to make everyone feel welcome, has a passion for health and wellness and helping people on their journey to be the best they can be.
As the Gym Customer Experience & Sales Manager, you’ll be working with our Gym Manager and friendly team to:
- Be driven to ensure gym member retention (through providing exceptional customer service and experiences), and acquisition of new members through well planned promotions throughout the year.
- Ensure every gym member has an exceptional experience every time they come to AUT Millennium. The role is responsible for making all members feel part of a unique community, with engaging retention activities planned throughout the year to ensure they continue to be part of our community.
- Be responsible for achieving monthly member targets by generating and converting leads into sales from enticing promotions that drive new members to join AUT Millennium. Engaging with prospective and current corporates to develop and drive corporate membership sales is also a key element of the role.
This is a full-time permanent position – working days/hours will be discussed with the successful applicant, some weekend work will be required.
