March 2025 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions  

These terms and conditions relate to the AUT Millennium All Access Members March 2025 Prize Draw Promotion (“Promotion”).  Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of, and entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of, these terms and conditions. 

• The promoter is AUT Millennium (“Promoter”). 
• The Promotion commences at 12:01am Saturday 1st March 2025 and ends at 11:59pm Monday 31st March 2025. (“Promotional Period”).     

 Conditions of Entry  

• All entrants into the Promotion must be over the age of 15 and residents of New Zealand. 
• You may only enter once. 
• If you are a current All Access member or have been a member of AUT Millennium in the last 30 days you are ineligible to enter. Members who purchased a $20 for 20 membership in January are eligible. 

Prize 

• One prize winner will be drawn for the My Food Bag prize.
• The Promoter may replace the prize with another prize of equivalent or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.  
• My Food Bag Terms & Conditions apply (link to https://www.myfoodbag.co.nz/terms) 
• Valid for any My Food Bag meal kit option including any serving size and up to 5 meals per week. Valid for 5 deliveries only. 
• My Food Bag codes will be valid until March 31 2026. Prize cannot be varied and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. 
• Prize must be delivered within the My Food Bag delivery network (My Food Bag – Delivery Areas)  

 How to enter  

• To enter the My Food Bag prize draw, you must be a new member (see Conditions of Entry) joining an AUT Millennium 6 month or 1 year All Access Membership. 
• Everyone signing up for a 6 month membership will also receive $50 off their membership price.  
• Everyone signing up for a 1 year membership will also receive $100 off their membership price.  
• No joining fee applies to all membership signups during the promotional period.   
• Promotion not available in conjunction with other promotions or offers including corporate discounts.    
• In addition to complying with these terms, you must comply with the membership agreement signed at the time of joining the membership.  
• Upon completing the membership joining process, the individual will be automatically in the draw.  

Draw and Winner Notification  

• The Promoter will draw the prize winner on Tuesday 1st April.   
• The winner of the prize will be drawn randomly from one prize pool comprising all valid entries.  
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.  
• The prize will be awarded to the Member whose name was drawn provided they are eligible to win.  
• The Prize Winner will be provided with the prize on confirmation of their email address. 

  General Terms  

• The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.  
• Prizes cannot be varied and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.   
• If the winner is not able to be contacted within a reasonable time period following the draw, that winner shall forfeit the prize and the Promoter may choose to draw another winner, and so on until a winner is contacted to accept the prize.  
• Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner including meals, taxes, transport, insurance and any other costs of any nature.   
• The Promoter may disqualify any entry or individual (including any prize winner) who submits an entry that breaches these terms and conditions, or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, breached the facility Code of Conduct or member agreement.  
• The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion.  
• The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, late or illegible entries or any entries that for whatever reason, are not received by the Promoter or are incomplete.  
• The winner of any prize agrees to cooperate with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including being interviewed, photographed or filmed.  The winner permits their name, image and/or voice to appear in connection with the Promotion, the Promoter or the advertising or marketing thereof, in any media.  
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related companies shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever by or to any person in connection with the Promotion or with winning or benefiting from a prize.
