We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Schools Programme Instructor to join our team in delivering our popular aquatics and land-based education programmes to local schools and community groups.
About the Role
As a Schools Programme Instructor, you’ll deliver high-quality water safety and boating education, as well as engaging land-based Education Outside the Classroom (EOTC) activities. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring young people across our region gain essential life skills and confidence in and around the water. Working alongside a passionate and supportive team, you’ll help create a fun, safe and inspiring environment for students of all ages. This is a casual role with shifts available during the school term only, Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 2:30pm. Full training will be provided.

- Have a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development;
- Be energetic, engaging, and able to connect with young people;
- Be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience;
- Display a professional and friendly attitude;
- Be physically able to teach a variety of activities including water safety, rock-wall climbing, kayaking, team-building and other EOTC activities, both indoors and outdoors;
- Be dedicated to health and safety for all participants and staff.
A current First Aid certificate is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
