Please notify the customer care team in writing before the next direct debit date (i.e. before the fees for the next fortnight’s lessons are debited from your account). There is a non-refundable two-week commitment period with each fortnightly direct debit, so please be sure to let us know as soon as you are wanting to cancel, and we will let you know when your last class/payment will be.
