What we do in This class
Introducing a brand new class! These 45 minute HIIT classes will get your sweat on, with high energy fun movements, sure to get you toned and strong by incorporating a mix of power and fitness exercises. You’ll find these classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings.
