Please bring along your own mat and a towel.

Stretch and Mobility – 45 mins

This class is a combination of dynamic and static stretches, pressure point release work and mobility exercises to release tension in the body. It is the perfect class to attend after a long day or after a gruelling workout. This is a brand new class, come along and try it out!
