We’re excited to introduce On-Demand Reformer Pilates, now available in the Gym. Two reformers have been installed to give you the flexibility to enjoy guided Pilates workouts at a time that suits you. Each session is led by an on-screen coach with workouts for all levels, from beginner to advanced. On-Demand Reformer Pilates is included as part of an All Access membership, which also gives you full use of our gym, pools, track, sauna and group fitness classes. Below is everything you need to know to book, set up and use the reformers safely and confidently.

WHY TRY REFORMER PILATES?

Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout that builds strength, flexibility, posture and balance while being gentle on your joints. It’s a great way to complement your current training, move more mindfully or improve core stability, with on-demand sessions that fit easily into your routine.

HOW TO BOOK AN ON-DEMAND REFORMER:

1. Log into the AUT Millennium app.

2. On the dashboard, select Facility Booking.

3. Choose your date and time, then click Book Now.

4. Check your booking details, click Next, then Book.

5. A confirmation pop-up will appear once complete.

HOW TO USE THE KIOSK:

1. Tap Get Started on the kiosk beside the reformer.

2. Create an account or continue as a guest.

3. Answer a few short questions about your goals and experience. 

4. Pair your Bluetooth headphones (use your own or borrow a pair from reception).

5. Watch the Introduction Video.

6. Choose your workout and press Start.

BEFORE YOUR SESSION:

Wear socks (grip socks recommended – available for $12 at reception).

Bring your own Bluetooth headphones or borrow a pair from reception to follow the guided instructions.

Watch the INTRODUCTION VIDEO before your first session.

Check your setup: adjust the foot bar, springs, headrest, and straps as shown in the video.

Keep personal items clear of the carriage and moving parts.


AFTER YOUR SESSION:

Wipe down the reformer with the provided spray and cloths.

Return any borrowed headphones to reception.

Leave the reformer tidy and ready for the next member.
