“We have been with AUT Millennium for over 12 years, with all three of our children attending since they were six months old. As a result, our children have developed a love for the pool and ocean all year round. They are confident in all water levels, enjoy learning swimming techniques—especially when the flippers come out—and love encouraging their friends to build their own confidence in the water too. The instructors are supportive, providing wonderful guidance throughout their swimming journey.”

We started off in the baby class, going into the water with the kids and getting them used to having their heads under water and being more confident in the water. "We like doing Swim School Holiday Intensives because we have busy weekly schedules during the term and I use the school holidays to focus on improving the kids’ swimming. We have found the Swim School teachers overall attentive, encouraging and responsive. We have also found the Swim School managing team friendly and helpful when we’ve had questions about levels, scheduling and basic techniques. As parents our aim is for our kids to be confident swimmers and to be able to know the different strokes sufficiently. We have found this to be helpful for our kids when they take part in things like swimming socially or swimming at school events- they are keen and able to join in."
