  • Level 1 Netball Coach, currently studying Level 1 Boxing
  • Group Fitness Trainer (experience in Les Mills Body pump)

Hi, I’m Jess. Do you lack confidence with exercise and have fitness goals yet to achieve? Do you have any specific sporting requirements? Whether it’s getting up 2 flights of stairs without getting out of breath, feeling stronger or enhancing your performance in your sport, I have the energy and tools to fast track your goals.

I LOVE keeping fit and helping people build fitness, particularly through functional movement and conditioning. If you are looking to get fit fast, i’ll be your secret weapon! As an Elite level CrossFitter competing nationally in NZ and an ex-competitive swimmer, I’ve learnt that building a strong core is important, so you can rely on me for core strength too!

If you are new to exercise or have an injury, let’s look at how you move and what you CAN do. I strive to be accurate with precise exercise technique around your injuries. As a lover of sport, I can help you progress there. 

Together we’ll design a personalised plan suited to YOU. No strict diet, you deserve to feel energised everyday. I’ll ensure you’re eating all the nutrients and stretching is covered too.
