I LOVE keeping fit and helping people build fitness, particularly through functional movement and conditioning. If you are looking to get fit fast, i’ll be your secret weapon! As an Elite level CrossFitter competing nationally in NZ and an ex-competitive swimmer, I’ve learnt that building a strong core is important, so you can rely on me for core strength too!
If you are new to exercise or have an injury, let’s look at how you move and what you CAN do. I strive to be accurate with precise exercise technique around your injuries. As a lover of sport, I can help you progress there.
