You are responsible for ensuring that your child attends the classes they are committed to. If the member is going to miss a lesson we offer a 50% credit on a maximum of two missed lessons per term, which will be applied to your next direct debit. The credits are non-refundable and unused credits do not roll over to the following term/s. In circumstances relating to medical issues or injury, at the manager’s discretion, we can offer a credit if you have a medical certificate and are unable to attend multiple lessons.
