aqua adventure day
An action-packed programme designed to encourage children to ‘be the best you can be’ while building confidence, resilience and water safety skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Children will take part in a range of exciting activities throughout the day including rock climbing, surf and water safety theory, practical water safety skills in the pool and a kayaking session. The activities are run by qualified instructors in our world-class facilities.

KEY INFORMATION:
Cost: $69.00
Ages: 8 – 11
Drop off: 8:00am – 8:45am
Pick up: 2:30pm – 3:00pm
Please make sure your child arrives no later than 8:45am. If your child is absent, we will offer their place to those on the waiting list.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Togs, towel & a plastic bag for wet gear
- A large lunch, morning tea & a water bottle
- A change of warm clothes & a jumper
- A game to share or a book to read
Life jackets are provided for swim as the pool is 1.2m deep
WHAT TO WEAR:
- Sun Smart: T shirt that covers your shoulders, Sun hat & sun cream
- A good pair of running shoes
AFTER HOLIDAY PROGRAMME CARE:
For parents needing a bit more time in their day, we now offer care after our Holiday Programme. AUT Millennium will provide children who stay from 3:00pm the chance to rest and relax after a busy day with quiet activities or a movie each afternoon in the Holiday Programme room. Packing an extra snack in lunchboxes is recommended.
Pick up time: 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Cost: $13.50
CANCELLATIONS:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation to qualify for a credit. If you would prefer a refund, a $20.00 administration fee will apply for an onsite day and a $25.00 administration fee will apply for a special/offsite day.
