Athlete Development Accelerate Holiday Programme
AD Accelerate is designed for young athletes aged 11–14 who are ready for a more structured introduction to training. It bridges the gap between general movement and more intentional athletic development, helping participants build confidence, teamwork and positive training habits along the way. Sessions are led by experienced youth development coaches and introduce key training concepts in a fun, engaging and age-appropriate environment that keeps young athletes active, motivated and learning.
What we focus on:
- Movement & Skill Development: Intro to strength, speed, agility, and coordination with simple coaching cues
- Learning to Train: Understanding how to move well, train safely, and build consistency
- Confidence & Enjoyment: Supporting teamwork, effort, and positive engagement in sport and activity
Fun Check-Ins: Beginner-friendly movement tracking to monitor development over time, shared with parents if requested.

- Good quality running/training shoes
- Clothing which is comfortable to exercise in

- Warm gear (if it’s cold)
