Swim School Level Questionnaires
Please fill out the relevant questionnaire below. If you need to complete a questionnaire for more than one person, please return to this page to start the questionnaire again.
Please note this questionnaire gives us an approximation of the level best suited for you/your child. You/Your child will be informally assessed during your/their first lesson to ensure you/they are in the correct level.

If you complete the questionnaire to the end and submit it, our Customer Care Team will be in touch to provide you with our available Swim School lesson times and to book you/your child in for lessons. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care Team to make a booking.
If your child is aged 10+ and never had swimming lessons before, we have a unique level available for them. Please contact our Customer Care Team directly instead of completing the questionnaire if this applies to you.
