What we do in This class

Introducing a brand new class! These 30 minute HIIT classes will get your sweat on, raising your heart rate for the full 30 minutes with high energy fun movements sure to get you toned and strong. You’ll find these classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings. They’re great on their own or stay for a double session for the ultimate blitz.

HIIT Pace – Focus on faster more cardio-based work. 

HIIT Power – Focus on weighted slightly slower strength and power work.
