What we do in This class

HYROX is a high-energy group fitness experience coming to AUT Millennium! Inspired by the global fitness race, this class combines intervals of running with functional exercises like sled pushes, rowing, lunges, and wall balls. You’ll move through a series of workout stations designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and overall fitness—no matter your level. Whether you’re training for a HYROX event or just looking for a fun, full-body workout, this class brings the intensity and community vibe. Expect sweat, motivation, and serious results. Get ready to train like an athlete and bring that race-day energy into every session!
