My coaching is safe, practical, and personalised, with a strong focus on helping women feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their training. I believe that building results is not just about working hard — it is also about having the right guidance, the right pace, and a training approach that fits your body, goals, and stage of life.
Having gone through a significant physical recovery myself, I understand how important it is to train in a way that feels sustainable and to rebuild progress step by step. This experience has shaped the way I coach: with patience, attention to detail, and a long-term view of strength, health, and confidence.
