With 15 years Personal Training experience, I have a wealth of industry knowledge and experience in delivering results for my clients. Having had the opportunity to work in many gyms and training arenas has given me huge exposure to a vast array of conditions, injuries, lifestyles and desired results.

Not only do I understand the theory of what it takes to get results, I know how to use this knowledge practically to make exercise work for you and fit into the lifestyle you have. I offer personalised programming technique correction, body composition testing, boxing & kickboxing tuition.
