Hello, I’m William, a graduate of Sports Exercise Science and Sports Exercise Nutrition with an in-depth knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, and exercise performance nutrition.
My philosophy regarding training is if you’re able to get enough optimal rest between your specific exercise you can get the optimal amount of performance during your training.
What I offer is power building, body recomposition, longevity-based training, rehab or injury prevention training, endurance-based training, and basic nutritional advice if needed.
So, what can you expect training-wise? My clients are subjected to an optimal rest between each specific exercise selection and a 70% to 100% intensity output depending on the goal. My clients also learn movement patterns that are designed for maximum performance output with the least amount of strain on the body, therefore, lowering the chance of injury to a minimum.
